Hi Mark,
I've been reading your blog after stumbling across it a week or so ago and I was wondering where you'd got the name lambic from!
I love beer and have never tried this type of brew - after reading Mike McG's comment who's business is a stones throw from where I started mine - I thought it would be in bad taste not to leave my own comment :-)
Off now to find some lambic beer to taste.... and I'll be back to read your posts regularly.
Many thanks,
John

Hi Mark,
not sure how I came upon your site, but I'm a brewer & beer fan, & with your site's name being Lambic, that's prob how.

I'd never heard about Lambic beers being originally (& still) being brewed by monks & other religious folks - do you have any more info?

BTW - I enjoyed the Canadian poem on the homepage.

Hope the move & new job goes well,
cheers
