A year and a half ago I married Jen. My step-father-in-law makes knives in his spare time, and promised us some kitchen knives as a wedding gift. Last week he delivered on that promise. Not only do they look fantastic, but they’re a joy to use and incredibly sharp. Well worth the wait.
